Returns and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
1. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you may return your purchase for a new item. We don't issue refunds. Please take photos of the damage, collect proof, send us an email (info@thelasvegasbook.org), and contact the delivery company.
2. As a customer, you are responsible to be at your delivery location around the time of delivery, or to ask someone to be at the place of delivery in your stead. We will not send a replacement when delivery attempts fail due to no-show at the delivery location.
3. We will only replace your item if your initial order falls under category (1.) damaged/incorrect items.
4. Returns are always excluding shipping costs and can only be issued once the returned products - placed in the same box and identical shipping box - have been received at our return address in new-condition (product must not be damaged).
5. A return must be requested within 48 hours after delivery per email. After this we are no longer required to cooperate with your request.

Send an email to info@thelasvegasbook.org with your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return. -
Package the Product:
Return the product in its original packaging to the address listed above.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. We will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) once we have received the returned product. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
Definitions
- Pre-Order: an order that was placed during the Pre-Order period (From August 1st 2023 until November 10th 2024)
- Order: an order that is placed from November 11th until to date.
Our Terms
1. Pre-Orders may be cancelled only within 48 hours after the pre-order was placed, and only upon sending us a direct e-mail to info@thelasvegasbook, asking permission to cancel. We will most likely accommodate your request, without you having to provide a specific reason. Please always e-mail us, and please refrain from chargebacks, as these can cost us money. Not only can these incur unnecessary costs, also it skips the prudent and delicate manner of communication between the customer and vendor in a matter.
2. Once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled. We cannot accept cancellations because your order may already be shipped within an hour or two after the order comes in. We have a zero-tolerance policy in this matter to protect our business.
3. In case your delivery address changes you are responsible for communicating this in time to the delivery company. You may e-mail us so we can potentially assist you but we can not make any promises in these matters.
