Having studied history for 7 years and being a passionate Las Vegas visitor and fan, for the last 2 years Joris has thrown himself on fulfilling his dream: writing the definitive story of how the Las Vegas Strip came to be.
Joris has extensive experience in the iGaming world, working in various capacities for gaming companies, as well as steering his own ships. He combines his expertise of affiliate marketing with an eye for elegance, entertainment and content creation.
Roger Thomas (Advisor)
Roger Thomas (ex-VP Design of Mirage and Wynn Resorts) has been the right hand of Steve and Elaine Wynn for over 40 years: from the Golden Nugget, to The Mirage, all the way to creating Wynn and Encore Las Vegas.
Thomas is by many considered the best interior designer of luxury casino resorts. As Chief Advisor, Roger spent vast amounts of time on guiding, counseling and visually editing The Las Vegas Book Project.

Glenn Schaeffer (Editor)
Schaeffer (ex CFO Circus Circus Enterprises and CEO Mandalay Bay) has held executive positions in Las Vegas for multiple decades. His influence on the 'fifth mile' of The Strip is vast, having worked under Bill Bennett, and later in various leadership roles.
On behalf of The Las Vegas Book Project, Schaeffer has been of vital importance. Besides being a financial whizkid, he is also quite the literary and his astute knowledge of the history of the Strip made him the perfect Chief Editor for the story.

The Las Vegas Book Project is an initiative launched to portray the journey of the Las Vegas Strip, from its early origins in the 1940s, to its breathtaking modern day skyline. The Strip was built in less than 75 years, a lifetime dedicated to risk, creativity and achieving ultimate glory.

The first half of the Book unveils an array of historical photos, previously hidden in multiple archives, but now brought out into daylight in this collectors item.
